Concierge Practice

Concierge services are a growing segment of the medical industry that is supported by the AMA. The main difference between a concierge service and a regular practice is the patient pays a retainer for 24/7 access. The benefits and peace of mind are significant. Dr. Schroeder is willing to sacrifice a part of his private life to be the type of doctor he chooses to be.

Services include:

Same day or next day appointments
On time appointments with unhurried and extended office visits
Prompt response to patient concerns
House calls when indicated
Ability to communicate non-confidential information via e-mail, fax and website
Dedicated personnel for patients of the practice to expedite communications, prescriptions, medical input
Coordination of specialty care provided by other consulting physicians when advised by Dr.Schroeder

Fees:

The Annual Fee/Retainer is (i) $2,400 per 12-month period per patient; or (ii) $4,100 per couple (iii) plus $610 per child in the family between the ages of 10 to 21.
